I read this earlier today, and it has lingered.

“when we heal ourselves, we heal those that came before us and those that come after us”

When ever I create, I like to set a mood in my studio, sound, smell, light, all these things change how I create. And then when I create outside, there’s nothing that feels more natural to my process. The birds, the wind, the water, it’s why I do what I do.

As I’m sitting here reading this quote, I’ve realized how what I do has had an influence on the people around me, whether thats my kids and family, or the people reading this.

This process has been life giving 🤍
